Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Then allow 2 to 4 business days for mainland France (tracked Colissimo or pickup point) and 5 to 10 days for the European Union.
Is shipping free?
Yes, delivery to a pickup point is free on orders from €69 in France. Below that amount, shipping costs are clearly shown when you check out your cart.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard) via Shopify's secure platform. We never store any card details.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. You'll be refunded within 14 days at most after we receive the return.
