Shipping policy
We deliver to mainland France, the French overseas territories and the European Union. For delivery outside the European Union, contact us at contact@colobloom.fr.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods (sales, holidays), this may take slightly longer.
Mainland France
- Colissimo (tracked): 2 to 3 business days after shipping
- Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days (if available)
- Pickup point: 3 to 5 business days
European Union
- Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping costs are shown when you place your order. Delivery to a pickup point is free on orders from €69. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your parcel leaves.
