This translation is provided for information. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the colobloom.fr website and the contractual relationship between ColoBloom (‘the Seller’) and any buyer (‘the Customer’). Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these terms and of ColoBloom's complete Terms and Conditions of Sale, available at https://colobloom.fr/en/pages/cgv.

Prices

Product prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applicable to an order is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

Orders

The Customer certifies that they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is made online by bank card via a secure payment solution. The amount is charged when the order is confirmed.

Liability

ColoBloom cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strikes, particularly of postal services and means of transport or communication.

Disputes and mediation

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by writing to contact@colobloom.fr. In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and R.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, where the consumer Customer has sent a written complaint to the Seller and has not obtained satisfaction within two months, they may refer their complaint free of charge to the consumer mediator MCP MEDIATION (Médiation de la Consommation et Patrimoine): online at www.mcpmediation.org, or by post to MÉDIATION DE LA CONSOMMATION ET PATRIMOINE, 12 Square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, France. The Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
